Who We Are
The Good Neighbor Settlement House is a non-profit, multi-service agency in Brownsville serving needy men, women and children by providing the basic necessities of life such as food, clothing, showers, referrals, meals, after-school tutoring, housing rehabilitation for the elderly and/or handicapped and educational programs.

This agency is here to help people help themselves and to help every individual see themselves as persons of worth to their family, their community and to God.
We serve their needs and help them to recognize the dignity of community and self determination.
